Refunds are available for:

3. What Is Not Covered

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed consultation sessions or coaching calls
  • Materials or services provided more than 30 days prior to refund request
  • Free materials or promotional offers

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your order number or transaction details
  3. Briefly describe why you'd like a refund
  4. We will respond within 5 business days

5. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
  • Bank transfers may take an additional 2–3 business days to appear in your account

6. Cancellation of Recurring Subscriptions

If you've purchased a subscription:

  • You can cancel anytime by contacting us
  • Cancellation takes effect after your current billing period ends
  • No refunds for partially used subscription periods unless within 30 days of initial purchase

7. Consultation Rescheduling

If you've booked a consultation:

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before the session: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 3–6 days before: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours: No refund, but you may reschedule once
  • No-shows: Non-refundable

8. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The request is made more than 30 days after purchase
  • Evidence suggests the material or service was substantially used
  • Payment was made through a third party (e.g., a platform), in which case the refund process follows that platform's policy
